Where are you located in Oklahoma?

Sweetbelle Farms is Oklahoma's newest wedding and special event venue nestled down in Southern Central Oklahoma between the small country towns of Holdenville and Spaulding. We are conveniently located exactly less than one hour and thirty minutes from both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Interstate and Highway access allows you to never hit a dirt road until you pull into the driveway, you'll be here in no time! After reviewing our prices and inclusions, you'll see why we are worth the drive.

 

Don't worry, you may be coming down to the country but there are plenty of conveniences around for your travel and needs. We have a local Airport, over fifteen delicious famous eateries, several grocery and general shopping stores, a Country club, golf course and ATV riding park down the highway. A new hotel, adorable Bed and Breakfast Inn's and more.

Amenities

A focus on functionality with a classic neutral canvas, our design allows you to bring in any vision you have. We have created a stunning venue with inclusive amenities for all of your needs, at an affordable price!  See all of the inclusions below. 

  • Capacity:  We can hold 250 comfortably indoors for ceremony and reception, 300 for ceremony only, and 300 outdoors for ceremony and reception. We only provide seating and furnishings for 200 (200 Ceremony, 200 Reception). Any chairs, tables or linens to accommodate 201+ must be outsourced. 

  • Our facility is Ada compliant! Handicap accessible sidewalks, entryways, restrooms and more.

  • Free parking: Plentiful parking, includes parking attendant for Weddings over 100 guests

  • Event hours:   15 hour totals. 12 hours day of event time plus, 1 hour for rehearsal upon availability.  2 hour Engagement or Bridal Session (Photographer not included and must be scheduled with us before attending).

  • Exclusive Use:  Of our Facility, 100 breathtaking acre grounds and Wireless internet thru ought the venue. See our Kitchen amenities below

  • Indoor Climate Control: Central heat and air conditioner. 2 portable outdoor heater lamps.  

  • Day of coordinator: 2 Planning meetings! Assist with any needs on the venue's behalf. Includes a custom floor and contingency plan for your table and chair set up and any furniture props chosen from our inventory, and rehearsal and ceremony coordination with Brides of Oklahoma Featured Planning and Design team and owner, Allyson Whitney Designs!

  • Set up and Break down:  Our staff takes care of set up and break down of all 400 chairs, 20 reception tables, 6 Bistro top tables and any decor or props from our inventory that you choose to use. 

  • Security if a Bartender is present!

  • Furnishings:  200 mahogany folding wooden garden chairs, 200 whitewash Chiavary ballroom chairs. 20 tables (12 72inch Rounds and 8 8ft Longs). 6 Bistro top tables! 1 beautiful stained wooden table. Ivory floor length linens.

  • Decor and Props: Gorgeous variety of our southern french trays and glass candle votives for your centerpieces, white french provincial buffet for your cake or dessert table, welcome table, white french provincial sweetheart or head table. 

  • 6 ceremony locations: The Grand Ballroom, Front or Back Porches, Back porch entertaining area, Tree row pergola, Open field, or Under the 2 large Trees in our sunset treeline

  •  3 reception locations:  The Grand Ballroom, Front or Back Porches, Back porch entertaining area with tree bistro lighting and more. 

  • Natural spring and landscaping: Our front lawn is so peaceful and beautiful with a natural running spring creek that is landscaped and picturesque next to the grand front columns. 

  • The Covered porch and Outdoor entertaining area: The back concreted entertaining area spills out of the ballroom through our custom made 8ft french doors and is 2,000 sq ft. It is surrounded by beautiful southern views, nature all around, and gorgeous tall mature trees. The Oklahoma sunset is absolutely stunning when it falls over the West tree line. The white porch columns and elegantly lit bistro lighting hanging above is the perfect area for your ceremony, reception, dance floor and or cocktail area. The back covered porch can also be utilized for a mild inclement weather alternative as well. Come sit a spell with us and rock on the porch! 

  •  The lawn area: The lawn area is newly and fully sodded with breathtaking mature trees, perfect for an outdoor ceremony or extra space for reception tables or lawn games. 

  • Picturesque views: Photographers are swooning over the many places to take photos and the incredible lighting with the positioning of the venue. 

  • The Bridal suite: A stunning and true spacious suite with natural lighting where you and your closest Belle's can gather to get ready and relax. A welcome bar as you arrive that includes a complimentary tray of decadent eats, a bottle of champagne and a gorgeous fresh flower arrangement from our In house Florist and Designer, Allyson Whitney Designs. French provincial sitting furniture, dressing vanities and mirrors, dress hooks, a large ornate dressing mirror and of course a connected powder room with your private restroom and dressing needs. The Bridal suite also has its own central heat and air unit.

  • Grooms suite: A True spacious suite where your Beau and his best men can gather to relax, hang out and prepare for the Special day ahead. A welcome bar as they arrive that includes a complimentary tray of decadent eats, and a bottle of southern whiskey. Comfortable sitting furniture, a T.V., Suit hooks, a Large dressing mirror and direct access outside for gentlemen conveniences.  The Groom suite also has its own central heat and air unit. 

  • Prep kitchen: Our Kitchen is for minimal use only (Sink, ice machine and prep table). If serving food of any kind, it must be done by our In house catering or a licensed and insured caterer. When hiring an outside caterer there is a $500.00 fee to rent the kitchen for making food of any kind or using any outlets, equipment PLUS a $250.00 damage deposit ( to be paid by the caterer). We offer an exceptional In house service, with over fifty years of combined experience in the hospitality industry custom to all couples needs at an affordable and competitive price!

  • Liability – We require liability insurance coverage with a minimum of $500,000 coverage. Inexpensive coverage can be found through WedSafe. Certificate of liability naming Sweetbelle Farms LLC as insured,  to sweetbellefarms@yahoo.com

  • Alcohol is allowed with a licensed bartender ONLY. Absolutely no BYOB. A copy of the bartender’s license must be given to us sixty days prior to event.

  • Our Kitchen is for minimal use only (Sink, ice machine and prep table). If serving food of any kind, it must be done by our In house catering or a licensed and insured caterer. When hiring an outside caterer there is a $500.00 fee to rent the kitchen for making food of any kind or using any outlets, equipment PLUS a $500.00 damage deposit ( to be paid by the caterer). We offer an exceptional In house service, with over fifty years of combined experience in the hospitality industry custom to all couples needs at an affordable and competitive price! 

  • All  Vendors MUST be licensed and insured. This is to protect our venue, you and your guests. 

  •  Payments – A 50% Retainer is required to reserve your date. This payment is non refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your event during the final walk through.

  • We require a $500 damage-cleaning deposit with your final total. This can be paid by check or cash. This protects our establishment for excessive clean up charges or damages. The Damage deposit is refunded no more than 30 days after your event if no damage or excessive cleaning is needed following your event.

  • Children must always be accompanied by a parent. Damages to our property resulting in extra clean up or replacements will come from Bride's security deposit.

  • This is a non-smoking facility,  No overnight parking allowed as the gate is locked and someone may not be available to unlock the next day.

  • We are not liable for accidents, or stolen, damaged property or anything that happens to the venue on natures behalf or an act of God

  • Floral: Our In house floral services are always done with the lushest flowers at an affordable price. Allyson Whitney Designs does everything from the Rehearsal dinner, to the Wedding party flowers, Ceremony, Cocktail hour, Reception and any other unique places you'd love to see them. Her and her team are known across Oklahoma and the south for creating stunning custom garden style pieces.  Did you see that gorgeous Horse wreath above? Creative style and pushing the limits to create personal touches to your special day is what they live for! Oh ya, you can bring your pet too, let's talk about it first.

  • This service is custom created for YOUR specific needs!

  • Starting at $500.00 

  • Month of Coordinating:  $800.00

  • Working together to finish any last minute needs Allyson and her team will be sure you are on the right track. They will contact vendors, create an itinerary and schedule, orchestrate the day of events until break down and clean up, and so much more. If you want to relax and enjoy your special day while we take care of the details, this option is a MUST!

  • The Day of coordination is a complimentary service that is included with any wedding package you book at Sweetbelle, but the duties between Month of and Day of vary drastically. Day of coordinating means we provide someone from our staff to take care of any needs on behalf of the venue (toiletries, spills, things to this nature) Please contact Allyson for specifics. 

   

  • Decorating-Styling services: $250.00

  • For a very affordable price Allyson and her team can take your decor and style it as you visioned! This includes a Welcome area, Aisle decor, and up to 20 centerpieces.  If you book the Month of planning option as described above, this service is included. All you have to do is sit back enjoy the complimentary Champagne that awaits you in your gorgeous Bridal suite.

  • Catering: Our In house Catering services are prepared with love and delicious fresh ingredients that have been savored in our family and community for over one hundred years. Our family is known around these parts for preparing some of the most delicious "home cooked" southern food and famous homemade meringue pies. Over thirty years of restaurant experience with top hospitality and recipe awards from Sysco, Oklahoma Tourism and Discovery Oklahoma...we are sure to please you and your guests. The generational ladies and gents are the team behind our catering staff here at Sweetbelle Farms! 

  • Presentation: Topped with a gorgeous presentation, Allyson Whitney Designs works together with the catering team to ensure that the overall theme and palette on the dinner table work cohesively with your wedding or special event.  Eating has always been a family affair around here, and a beautiful one at that!

  • Service: Our service is absolutely impeccable, and we know hospitality. With any catering service, we provide food table decor, servers, clean up and include standard dinnerware. Our staff understands the importance of ensuring every guest, including the Bride and Groom are fed. Our standard buffet option includes servers to plate food as guest come through. If you'd like an extra fine dining experience for your guests ask us about our gorgeous Place setting package option that includes our stunning china, drinking glasses, china stem ware and more.

  • Menu:  Specializing in southern cuisine, our catering service has a variety of menu options and services for any event. The In house Chef will meet with you during your planning at Sweetbelle and custom create the perfect menu for you, or you can simply make you decision easy and choose from their list of options.  

  • Meetings, Brunches, Lunches, Dinners, Showers, Rehearsal dinners, Cocktail hour, Receptions, Fundraisers, Alumni Events, and more. We can accommodate any special event. 

  • Cocktail Hour: Starting at 4.00 per person
